Bold Inquiry: New Directions in Comparative Literature

After more than one year of planning and preparation the editorial team of Inquire: Journal of Comparative Literature is proud to announce the publication of Issue 1.1 ‘Bold Inquiry: New Directions in Comparative Literature’ at http://inquire.streetmag.org/.

We are pleased to provide four primary sections: In Every Issue, Articles, Reviews and CL Hub.

In Every Issue includes work by: Dr. Karin Beeler (President CCLA; University of Northern British Columbia), Prof. Joseph Pivato (Athasbasca University), Dr. James Gifford (Fairleigh Dickinson University-Vancouver) and Prof. Michael O’Driscoll (Editor, ESC: English Studies in Canada; University of Alberta).

Articles by Alison Turner (University of Alberta), Mary Ryan (Mary Immaculate College, University of Limerick)  and Nathan Erro (California State University-Stanislaus) provide a fresh look at several interesting topics.

Reviews, edited by Sarah Shewchuck (University of Alberta), includes work by Sarah Shewchuck, Tegan Zimmerman (University of Alberta), Paul Campbell (University of Alberta) and Daniel Mantei (University of Alberta) that considers diverse publications relevant to students and scholars across the discipline.

CL Hub, edited by Leah Skinner (University of Alberta), offers useful and up-to-date resources for students, scholars and teachers in the arts.
