Vth INTERNATIONAL COMPARATIVE LITERATURE CONFERENCE/Mersin/Turkey
The “Vth International Comparative Literature Conference” will be held on October, 15-16-17th, 2014 in Mersin University/Turkey.
We determined the title of the “Vth International Comparative Literature Conference” as “LOCAL CONTEXTS, GLOBAL CONNECTIONS: Transitions, Deviations, Innovations in Literature, Culture and Art”. The inspirations of this title are Ya?ar KEMAL, the writer of local cultural values of Anatolia, and Pierre BOURDIEU, the sociologist emphasizing globality of cultural transfer.
We invite our colleagues conducting academic research with an interliterary, interdisciplinary, and interartistic approach to the Vth International Comparative Literature Conference held by Mersin University, Faculty of Science and Letters
